Recently, I won a figure on eBay of which I only wanted the headsculpt & body. I was able to find a buyer for the clothing & props right away. It occurred to me that sometimes figure collectors may be bidding against prop collectors and driving the bid up, unnecessarily. If that is the case, wouldn't it be better if we made some kind of collaborative effort, in order to keep final prices down?
I don't know how to make it work, but it might be a worthwhile strategy.
